About DYC 2025
The Diocesan Youth Conference is a highly energized and interactive gathering of youth from all over the diocese at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. The Diocesan Youth Conference is Friday, February 7-9, 2025. Holy Family would like to bring a delegation of teens (Grades 8-12) again this year.
The exciting news is that the keynote speaker is Oscar Rivera who spoke at our regional youth event in 2022. Oscar is a former youth minister at Saint Matthew in Virginia Beach and is now the Director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Fall River in Massachusetts. Parishes must register their delegation through an online portal, so registration forms must be emailed to [email protected] by Friday, January 3rd.
To register and pay the initial deposit for DYC 2025:
1. Please complete the printed form (in blue or black ink) in its entirety and email all pages to [email protected] by Friday, January 3rd; both teens and parents are required to sign the form. If you need a copy of the form, click below.
2. The cost of the conference is $210. The teens contribution will be $100 with an initial deposit of $50 at the time of registration. The $110 of the fee will be covered first by donations and a fundraiser, then by the parish. To pay the initial deposit, click the link below.
