IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. The gates will open at 5:00. The show starts at 6:30!
2. You may bring lawn chairs or blankets.
3. No outside coolers, food, or drink will be permitted. However, one unopened water bottle will be allowed per attendee.
4. We will have a 50 / 50 Raffle. $1 per ticket. 6 tickets for $5. The drawing will be at the intermission - 8:00.
5. There will be Bake sale items. Please bring all donations for the Bake Sale to the church after 12:30, please bring donations around to the Kitchen back door.
6. Our Haiti Committee will be selling Haitian products.
7. We will have a team of volunteers managing the garbage and recyclables to minimize environmental impacts. Let's all be mindful of how we dispose of our items at the concert.
8. No pets allowed other than service animals.
We look forward to a great night, and we can't wait to welcome the community to the Church of the Holy Family!
