Small Groups: The Head Heart Connection

Our ability to make choices and decisions is a harmonious interplay between our intellect and emotions, our head and heart. We consciously consider decisions regarding where we'll reside, our career paths, our life partners, the schools we attend, and even the friendships we cultivate. However, interspersed among these conscious decisions, there are others that we make with varying degrees of intentionality—some deliberate, others seemingly random.
 
Indeed, Jesus emphasized the intricate relationship between the head and heart, intertwining intellect and emotions in his teachings.
